All the documents needed to enrol your child and for our day-to-day work together.
The full set of templates has been prepared in accordance with current regulations of the Polish Ministry of Education (MEN), the Polish Act on the Care of Children up to the Age of 3 (we operate as a day-care provider, "dzienny opiekun", in the register maintained by the City of Warsaw) and the EU GDPR (RODO).

A statutory requirement applying to all childcare facilities in Poland from 15 February 2024 (amendment to the Act on counteracting threats of sexual crime and on the protection of minors). The document describes the safety procedures in place at our preschool and nursery in Saska Kępa — from staff vetting to handling of reports.
Application form for children aged 1–6 (nursery 1–3 years, preschool 2.5–6 years). The completed form can be delivered in person (ul. Irlandzka 7, 03-909 Warsaw), by email, or through our contact form. After receipt, you will be contacted by Director Karolina Anioła.
Information about your child's food allergies, intolerances and elimination diet. Used by our own kitchen (4 meals a day) and, when needed, consulted with Klaudia Markiewicz (certified dietitian, Polish Institute of Dietetics).
Consent to processing of the child's and parent's personal data (in line with EU GDPR / RODO and the guidance of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office, formerly GIODO), publication of images on social media, participation in trips and specialist consultations (psychologist, SI therapist, speech therapist, TUS Social Skills Training).
A year-round schedule of events — including Magical Fridays (Zaczarowane Piątki), Kuchcikowo cooking workshops, Positive Discipline Day, open lessons with our native English speaker and traditional celebrations (Grandparents' Day, the Pasowanie ceremony, the Family Picnic).
