Enrollment at Przedszkole i Żłobek Siedmiu Krasnoludków at ul. Irlandzka 7 in Saska Kępa (Warsaw, Praga-Południe district) is open year-round and we fill available spots on an ongoing basis.
We accept children from the age of 1 (12 months) for nursery care, and from the age of 2.5 to 6 for the preschool. Below you will find information about each step — from first contact to your child's adaptation.
The enrollment process is led by our director Karolina Anioła. We operate in line with the Polish Ministry of Education (MEN) preschool curriculum framework, in the spirit of the 5 pillars of Positive Discipline (Jane Nelsen, in the tradition of Alfred Adler). Care for children under the age of 3 is provided in the form of a day-care provider ("dzienny opiekun"), registered with the City of Warsaw — which qualifies our families for the Polish government Aktywnie w żłobku program (1,500 PLN per month). We welcome families from Saska Kępa, Kamionek, Grochów and the wider Praga-Południe district.

Adaptation — how we run it
Adaptation at our preschool and nursery is individually tailored to the needs of the child and parent. In the first days, the toddler comes with a caregiver for short visits (30–60 minutes), we gradually extend the time spent at the facility, and the parent can stay in the building. We work in line with the 5 pillars of Positive Discipline — without coercion, with respect for the child's pace.
For the youngest nursery groups, adaptation is supported by elements of the Sherborne Method (Developmental Movement), Story Therapy (Bajkoterapia) and daily Circle Time with an English native speaker. When needed, consultations with our child psychologist (Klaudia Markiewicz, SWPS) or speech therapist are available from the very first weeks of adaptation, on-site in our building.
