Preschool education teacher and certified Social Skills Training (TUS) trainer. She continuously develops her qualifications. She has the good fortune and privilege that her work is her passion — one she has pursued for almost 25 years. Thanks to that, she channels her creativity, commitment and joy of the profession into building a family-like atmosphere full of a sense of safety. She takes care that the Children in our preschool flourish and receive support in overcoming developmental challenges. It matters deeply to her that every day, for the Children coming to our preschool, is a new, unforgettable adventure — an adventure they cannot wait for. Privately, she is a happy and proud mother of almost grown-up children, a lover of travel both small and large, and… of chocolate.

Master's degree in Pedagogy with Art Education from the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski in Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies in Early Childhood and Preschool Education and Corrective-Compensatory Classes at the University of Warsaw. Continuously expanding her qualifications — completed courses in the Sherborne Developmental Movement method, Children's Mathematics (Matema/Nemi) and glottodidactics. She works with children aged 3–6 at our preschool in Saska Kępa, in the spirit of Positive Discipline. "I love working with children because of their extraordinary creativity and spontaneity." Qualified preschool teacher and special education teacher specializing in working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD). Combines pedagogical knowledge with experience in special education, adapting her methods — including elements of behavioural therapy and Positive Discipline — to each child's individual needs. She works alongside our team of Sensory Integration (SI) therapists at our facility in Saska Kępa. A mother of two, which gives her an excellent understanding of the parent's perspective. Interests: cats, spending time with family.

Experienced nursery caregiver and animator with over 10 years of working with children. Organizes games and educational activities, including sessions using the Batia Strauss method, which combines music with movement and play. Every day she creates a warm and safe environment in which the youngest children (ages 1–3) in the nursery group in Saska Kępa can freely explore the world — in the spirit of Positive Discipline and with elements of the Sherborne Developmental Movement. Interests: yoga, cats, travel.

She began her work with children in nurseries and kindergartens over a dozen years ago. What she values most is the opportunity to accompany children during the most important moments of their development and to build a relationship based on trust and a sense of safety. Working with children gives her enormous satisfaction, because the awareness of being the person around whom they feel safe is a tremendous motivation to act. In her daily work with toddlers (ages 1–3) in the nursery group she draws on elements of the Sherborne Developmental Movement, the Orff method and Bajkoterapia (story therapy) — together with her teammates, in the spirit of Positive Discipline that guides our whole facility in Saska Kępa. Privately, she is interested in music, which she gladly uses in her daily work. Every day they develop hearing, a sense of rhythm and physical agility. Listening to various pieces builds emotional intelligence. Nothing brings people together like dancing and singing together, which build a sense of safety and a bond within the group. "The joy of the children every morning and the smiles with which they greet me are proof that my work has meaning."

A graduate of SWPS University in Warsaw and a certified dietitian — she obtained her qualifications at the Polish Institute of Dietetics. She has also completed training in QEEG Biofeedback. She is currently developing her expertise in clinical sexology, broadening her competencies in the area of sexual health. On a daily basis she works with children, adolescents and families at our preschool in Saska Kępa, supporting them in emotional, upbringing-related and developmental difficulties — in an approach aligned with Positive Discipline (Jane Nelsen). She also conducts nutritional therapy for children and adolescents with food selectivity and difficulties in their relationship with food. She is a co-creator of the podcast "Między nami mamami" ("Between Us Moms"), in which she shares psychological knowledge and parenting experience. Her articles can be read in publications including Newsweek and Newsweek Psychologia. She continuously develops her qualifications. She creates a safe space for conversation, in which everyone can feel understood and seen.

Preschool teacher, special education teacher, sensory integration therapist and hand therapist. Experienced in kindergartens, psychological-pedagogical counseling centers and early development support centers. Co-created the Sensory Integration (SI) room at our facility in Saska Kępa, providing children with professional therapy conditions — without the need to travel to external clinics elsewhere in Warsaw. "As a special education teacher and SI therapist, I strive to holistically support every child's development."

I am a pedagogue, diagnostician and sensory integration therapist with over a decade of experience in psychological and pedagogical work, specialising in work with children of preschool and early-school age. In my work I support children's development, helping them to better understand and organise the stimuli flowing from their surroundings, which translates into their everyday functioning, emotions and ability to learn. I regularly raise my qualifications by taking part in training in sensory integration, supporting children's development and working with neurodevelopmental disorders. In my work I put emphasis on an individual approach to the child, building a relationship based on trust and a sense of safety, and creating a friendly atmosphere conducive to development. I cooperate effectively with parents, caregivers and teachers. The interpersonal skills I have allow me to function well in the large specialist team at Siedmiu Krasnoludków in Saska Kępa — together with Aleksandra Zalewska we run Sensory Integration (SI) diagnosis and therapy on-site, in our own SI room. A passionate explorer of foreign countries, people and customs, and a connoisseur of fragrant cardamom coffee made in a Turkish coffee pot.

Has experience as a kindergarten director, giving her excellent knowledge of both the educational and organizational aspects of working with children. In her daily work with the group at our facility in Saska Kępa she follows the principles of Positive Discipline. A mother of two, which further enriches her pedagogical perspective. Interests: cycling, active recreation.

Teaches English using songs, drama, TPR (Total Physical Response) and audiolingual methods. Creator of the original "Art Academy" program, which combines art with English learning — children learn the language through painting, drawing and other artistic activities. All classes are conducted entirely in English in the preschool groups at our facility in Saska Kępa, ensuring natural language immersion. In her work with children aged 3–6 she also draws on elements of Jolly Phonics and Circle Time. Interests: child psychology, cycling, family music.

One of the English teachers at 7 Krasnoludków. She helps children learn the English language from an early age through music, art and play. With more than 14 years of work experience, she proudly says she finds it fun working with kids and works with diligence. In her daily classes 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. she uses Jolly Phonics, TPR (Total Physical Response) and Circle Time, leading the group in full English immersion at our preschool in Saska Kępa. First and foremost, she creates a friendly atmosphere with the kids to make them feel safe and comfortable in order to make learning fun. Her interests are travelling, fashion, nature, current affairs, learning different cultures, cooking, politics, sports, dancing and music — just to mention a few.

A dedicated and passionate English teacher with over two years of professional experience working in Polish schools. He enjoys working with children of all ages, especially in early childhood education, where he creates a warm, engaging and supportive environment for learning through play, creativity and interaction. His approach focuses on making English fun and accessible while supporting each child's individual development. He draws on Jolly Phonics, TPR (Total Physical Response) and Circle Time, leading his lessons at our preschool in Saska Kępa in the spirit of Positive Discipline.

Studied in Poland and France, including at the University of Strasbourg and the French Language Institute. Lived in France, giving her excellent command of the French language and culture. Has over 10 years of experience teaching French — worked in language schools and at language camps. Creator of the original "Les Petits Français" method, specially designed for teaching French to the youngest children. Siedmiu Krasnoludkow is the only kindergarten offering French on Praga-Poludnie.

Master's degree from the Acting Department of the Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School in Lodz (PWSFTviT). Theater instructor, sculptor and ceramist. Creates children's shows "Mali Poszukiwacze" (Little Explorers) — an original theater engaging the youngest audiences. Uses the RasaBoxes method in his work with children — an emotion-based technique that helps children recognize and express their feelings. Also teaches artistic ceramics at our preschool in Saska Kępa, developing children's creativity, spatial imagination and fine motor skills through work with clay, salt dough and natural Sensoplastyka materials.

Graduate of music school (grades I and II) and the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, specializing in rhythmics. Teaches rhythmics, ear training and piano at our facility in Saska Kępa. In her work with children aged 2.5–6 she draws on the Carl Orff method and Klanza Play Pedagogy, developing children's musical sensitivity, sense of rhythm and motor coordination by combining music with movement in engaging group sessions.

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Physical Education, football coach and founder of the SOCCER TEAM program. Has been working with our facility for over 10 years. Teaches physical education and football training for children aged 3–6 at our preschool in Saska Kępa, building physical fitness, motor coordination and sportsmanship. He bases his relationship with the children on the principles of Positive Discipline — teaching them not only how to play football, but also fair play and teamwork.
