Scope of Collected Data

We collect the following personal data: first and last name, email address, phone number, and child's data (name, age) — to the extent necessary for the enrollment process and communication.

Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed to respond to inquiries, carry out the enrollment process, and fulfill the childcare agreement.

Legal Basis

Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract performance), and (f) (legitimate interest of the controller) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Retention Period

Personal data is stored until the purpose of processing is fulfilled or until consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

Data Subject Rights

Every person whose data we process has the right to: access their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
